Welcome to BOAB Rise Cottage, situated 12 mins from the picturesque town of Bindoon. Our stylish 1 bedroom 1 bathroom fully self contained cottage, sits high on a 56 acre property overlooking wide valley views. The bedroom has a queen size bed, with all linen supplied. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, 4 burner cooktop with a fridge/freezer. A mounted wall TV. and air conditioning and a bathroom with shower with all towels supplied. The decking area is spacious with outdoor seating overlooking wide valley views. BBQ for outdoor cooking. A firepit area is situated out the front of the unit for guests to enjoy a glass of wine whilst keeping warm during the cold winter months. There is a local IGA store for all your supplies in the town of Bindoon, as well as the popular bakery The Bakehaus. The local locovore store offers a wide variety of fresh produce from the region. The town of Gingin is only a 15min drive from here and just 10 min drive along the Bindoon-Moora Rd you can visit Little Eeden Farm Apiary.

BOAB Rise Cottage is a couples retreat for a great weekend getaway. The unit accommodates up to 2 guests and is for adults only. Enjoy a continental breakfast looking out over wide farmlands & valley views. Relax unwind and just breathe.
