TV. and airconditioning. There is no wifi but Telstra mobile coverage is good . Continental Breakfast included. BBQ on deck.

The unit is designed to accommodate couples and is not suitable for children.
As we have livestock and pets on the property no pets allowed. Guests are welcome to walk through the property and explore the surrounds. A 5 min walk to the top of our hill will give our guests a 360 degree view of the valley.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To secure your booking full payment is required at time of booking. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
